ParentChild+ provides FREE books and toys

How ParentChild+ Works

The ParentChild+ model strives for every child to enter school ready to succeed because every parent has the knowledge and resources to build school readiness where it starts: the home.

  • Enrolled families can expect to meet with an Early Learning Specialist twice per week during the school year.
  • Visits are 30 minutes each, take place VIRTUALLY, and are scheduled at a time that is convenient for the family.
  • Each week families receive a high quality educational book or toy that they keep to help support learning.
  • ParentChild+ can assist caregivers with their needs for housing, employment, education, and other family needs.
"I've seen so many changes in my son.  He's got patience, he's willing to listen, and he knows his colors, he knows his shapes, he can count to twenty now.  When he goes to school, he's going to have confidence.  It's beautiful for him, I love it."                                                                                                               - Ameesha Jackson, ParentChild+ Mom
